About Us

The Premier Community HealthCare Group, Inc. was founded in 1979 as a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, under the leadership of a Community Board of Directors. All of our offices are staffed with healthcare professionals providing comprehensive high quality, cost-efficient healthcare. Our providers include a team of Board Certified and Board Eligible physicians, complimented by Certified Nurse Practitioners and Certified Nurse Midwives.

Premier Community HealthCare Group, Inc. has been providing comprehensive primary health care in East Pasco for 30 years and and have expanded our family services county wide.

Services provided are: Adult, Pediatric, OB/GYN, Dental, Behavioral Health and limited Pharmacy Services. We also offer wellness programs that include diabetes management and smoking cessation. Our offices are conveniently located in Dade City, Zephyrhills and New Port Richey.
