Premier Community Health Care Group, Inc is a non-profit migrant/community health center serving the residents of Pasco County. We currently operate locations in the Dade City, Zephyrhills, New Port Richey, and later this year will open another site in Hudson. Our sites provided quality, accessible and affordable primary care services to over 16,000 patients in 2009. Our team of dedicated professionals, provide excellent care and services in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Dental, Behavioral Health, OB/GYN, and Pharmacy Services.
Premier Community HealthCare Group, Inc. (PCHG) has provided services to the uninsured and underserved populations of Pasco County since 1979. Formerly known as East Pasco Health Center and later Health Resource Alliance before becoming Premier Community HealthCare Group, PCHG began operations in a small store front in Dade City. In a few short years we outgrew the space and needed to find a larger facility that would allow us to expand the services we provide to meet the growing medical needs of the community. In 1986 the center moved to a 5,000 square foot warehouse to address those needs. By the mid nineties the Center needed even more space, more convenient locations and better market exposure so expansion to its current locations took place. We’ve come a long way in the past 31 years, but there’s much work left to do! Our mission is, and will remain to be “to provide accessible, comprehensive, quality healthcare services”. Our goal is to enhance the health and medical lives of our patients thru dedication, compassion, professionalism, teamwork, mutual respect and expertise. By meeting our mission and goals we will continue to support a healthy community in which we all can live and flourish.
