Jackie Florez, MBA – Human Resources Officer
Ms. Florez joined Premier in 2004. Prior to joining Premier, Ms. Florez worked in various leadership roles at the Florida Center for Allergy and Asthma Care. She is responsible for all aspects of hiring, separation, credentialing, and benefits.
Jose Peralta, DDS – Dental & Associate Medical Director

Maricela Siller, MBA – Compliance Officer
Mrs. Siller joined Premier in 2005 as Accounts Payable/Purchasing and Payroll Clerk in the Finance Department. Prior to joining Premier, Mrs. Siller worked as a HR Recruiter for Pepsi Bottling Group. She is responsible for all aspects of the Corporate Compliance Program, Risk Management & Patient Safety Plan, HIPAA, Safety and Security.

Dinah Deal-Grant, RN – Nursing Director
Mrs. Deal-Grant joined Premier in 1988 as a nurse and eventually became the site manager for Women’s Health. She was promoted to Nursing Director in 2010. She is responsible for all aspects of the clinical nursing team, assisting the CMO establish and maintain all clinical policies. Grant also provides oversight accreditation activities, Patient Care Coordination, Community Services and the Health Information Management Systems department.
Sheila Green, (MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, A+, NET+) – IT Director
Mrs. Green joined premier in 2004. Prior to her role at Premier, Mrs. Green worked for the Polk County School District as an IT Manager and for Data Integrity Services as a consultant. She brings 16+ years of experience in Information Technology. She is currently responsible for all aspects of Information Technology including Electronic Medical Records, networking, telephone and data security.
Gabriela Herrera, Operations Director
Gabriela Herrera joined Premier in 2004 as a referral specialist. Over the years, she has worked in various positions ultimately rising to role of Office Manager for the Zephyrhills Family Health Center. After leading the site for nearly four years, Mrs. Herrera was recently promoted to Operations Director, June 2016. Herrera leads the team of office managers and is responsible for all aspects of health center operations to ensure consistency, efficiency and the optimal patient experience.
Cheryl Pollock, BA, M.Ed. – Director, Business Development
Mrs. Pollock joined Premier in 2012. Prior to joining Premier, Mrs. Pollock’s career included two decades in the non-profit sector, serving in various leadership roles with a focus on community development, training, project management and fund development. She is responsible for all fundraising and development activities including donor relations, special events, sponsorships, grant research & grant writing. Pollock also leads strategic initiatives including partnership development, public relations, marketing & communications.
