Wellness Programs
Premier Community Healthcare Group, since 2002, has supported the national efforts to eliminate disparities and improve delivery system in the healthcare to all individuals living in East Pasco County. We have started with Diabetes health disparity, were we currently serving approximately 681 patients. We have a Diabetic day program were patients can get an array of services, such as dental screening, podiatrist, primary care, and diabetic teaching. As we continue to grow we hope to expand to other disparities including Cardiovascular and Asthma.
We provide Diabetic Education, Dental Screening, light refreshments with nutritional advise and a Podaitrist is available.
